About Us at Inspective

With over 20 years of experience in conducting housing inspections for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the partners at Inspective are deeply familiar with the challenges and necessities of maintaining high Housing Quality Standards. Our expertise became particularly crucial when the pandemic disrupted traditional in-person inspections, leading to significant backlogs that, in some cases, took Housing Authorities up to four years to address.

At Inspective, we envision a world where public housing systems are not only functional but inherently fair. Many of us have personal experiences of growing up in public housing, where we dreamt of not just a better life for ourselves but for every child in similar circumstances. Our professional journey through managing HUD properties and collaborating with housing authorities has exposed us to the systemic inefficiencies and the overwhelming compliance challenges that often hinder progress.

Our solution? A revolutionary AI-driven tool that addresses these very issues—sealing the cracks in traditional systems and paving the way for a new era of housing compliance inspections. Our technology makes inspections smarter, faster, and fairer, transforming a cumbersome necessity into an efficient, streamlined process.

Where need meets technology, AI is more than just a tool—it's a game-changer with the potential to completely transform how inspections are conducted. By making inspections more cost-effective and time-efficient, we're not just changing the landscape of compliance; we're ensuring that every child can grow up in a home that's safe and secure.
